Hypnosis for Insomnia and Deep Sleep
Insomnia affects more than 3 million people a year. For some people it comes in the form of not being able to fall asleep, for some, it can be waking in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back to sleep. After an extended period of time, experiencing insomnia and other sleep challenges, people can begin to experience Daytime Sleepiness, inability to concentrate, slowness in activity or response time, irritability, depression, headaches, and even weight gain as hormones and digestion are affected.
Using hypnosis for insomnia is a natural treatment with no side effects. After seeing your doctor to ensure there are no medical problems, we can begin sessions to re-establish a healthy and restorative sleep habit.
After any session, it is not uncommon for clients to experience profound and regenerative sleep because of the total bodily relaxation that is experienced in the session.
Before the initial session, clients are asked to keep a “sleep diary” to catalog the patterns and behaviors of the day leading up to bedtime. This includes food, activity, daytime tiredness, evening activities, stress throughout the day screen time, and medication.
The number of sessions needed vary by client and the complete participation of the client to listen to the recordings and willingness to make lifestyle changes if needed.
