Susana Padilla, CHt, CH
For Susana Padilla, Certified Hypnotherapist and Consulting Hypnotist, time and the quality of life have always been of importance. Her professional career began in Hotel Management and Innkeeping along the Pacific Coast. Paying attention to the details of the moment and creating “stages for life to take place” was a part of every day. In the interaction with guests and staff, she realized that most people want true relaxation and to enjoy life in health. As she moved along the coast and in life, she discovered new passions and ways to bring relaxation to people who couldn’t always get away for those long trips.
After nearly ten years in Hospitality, she studied Interior Design at IDI in Newport Beach, CA where she was quickly taken on as an intern for a design firm that specialized in hospitality and spas. While there she noticed there was still something missing in the experience, the mind-body connection.

During that time, she decided to go back to school to learn more about healing and wellness – Hypnotherapy was the decision. Previously, while in design school, she learned about dimensions in space, but what really appealed to her were the dimensions within the mind space, establishing the mind-body connection, and creating true spaces of wellness from the inside out. Within a year, she was an Honors Graduate, a Therapeutic Guided Imagery Master, and was asked to mentor students at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
Some of the specialties she is certified in include Therapeutic Imagery Master, Hypnosis for Tinnitus, Hypnosis for Weight Loss, Hypnosis for Prediabetes, Hypnotherapy for Clients with Cancer, Hypnosis for Stroke Recovery, Hypnosis for Children and Teens, Hypnosis and ADD/ADHD, as well as Hypnosis and Pain Management.

During her 1,000-hour training and clinical residency, she operated three locations for Hypnosis Haven in Southern California. She has now moved to New Milford, CT where she can use her training to help clients manage their challenges and improve life, change behaviors and achieve goals for self-improvement. It is her goal to bring balance and wellness to all for a well-designed life,
